Which style of negotiations do you tend to have more of an inclination toward, and how has your personality and cultural upbringing helped to influence your tendency to use that style?
What is your best-fit personality style?
How might your personality style help you in the negotiation process?
Use the Online Temperament Assessment results and the Personal Style Inventory that you took earlier in the course as the basis of your discussion.
To earn full credit, the essay must show evidence of reflection on the class experience/material and should be APA format and a minimum of 2 full pages of content (not including the title page, abstract and/or reference page). Past due Reflective Essays cannot be made up/late submissions will not be accepted.
