Question: Why do you want to go on an immersion trip?

Short immersion trip to either the Dominican Republic or Rome, GA for nursing students to help the local population of the area
Goal
Write an appealing short essay (no more than 5000 characters) to make a case as to why I would like to go on a nursing immersion trip to the Dominican Republic or Rome, GA
Need to include:
Personal aspect à find a personal reason to tie to your motivation for going on the trip
How the trip will benefit you as a nursing student
Can include points about applying the knowledge you’ve learned in lecture
Applying the skills you’ve learned in clinical practice
How you will be a resource/helpful on the trip to the school, your peers, and the organization
Maybe even a point about how this is a great opportunity to learn from another culture and their health practice
i am from Nigeria and i would like incorporate that to the essay. Knowing my interest is towards Public Health nursing and Nurse Forensic.
