Pick two (2) crimes that are described in the Bible (Other than murder) and discuss each in light of the following:
1. Discuss and state the elements of the crimes as they are presented in the Bible.
2. How do they compare to the equivalent crimes in your home state? Make sure to cite the relevant statutes and compare and contrast the elements with the biblical crimes.
3. Should these crimes still remain crimes in light of modern cultural standards or should they be more strictly enforced?
