Congratulations, you have been hired by WOPR Space Enterprises as the new program manager. The first significant project you will oversee is to provide a new product (Water Transportation Barrels) for NASA’s Mars Colonization Program. It will be your responsibility to supervise the project from initiation to delivery of the final product to NASA. As your team’s project manager, you will submit a project management report to them.
Project Overview (Reminder)
WOPR was recently awarded a delivery contract for new Water Transportation Barrels (see below; You will assume the role of the assigned program manager overseeing the design, development, production, and delivery of the new product. The details below provide a summary of the course project:

Assessment Instructions:
As the project manager, your role is to track and manage the projects you are working on. A Statement of Work and a Work Breakdown Structure can help you manage a project or projects.
Part Two – Project Milestones WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
As part of your Statement of Work for your project, you will create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The WBS allows project managers to compose all tasks of the projects into smaller components to ensure a more manageable project(s). The WBS should meet the following requirements:
Include all tasks, activities, and milestones required to complete the project.
It should be organized in a logical hierarchical structure, clearly depicting the breakdown of tasks.
Each task in the WBS is accurately identified and described.
It should include any information beyond the pre-set template, such as additional tasks, activities, and milestones needed to complete the project.
You need to have at least 7 milestones with sub-categories filled out to earn 10 points;
