Congratulations, you have been hired by WOPR Space Enterprises as the new program manager. The first significant project you will oversee is to provide a new product (Water Transportation Barrels) for NASA’s Mars Colonization Program. As the project manager, your role is to track and manage the projects you are working on. A Statement of Work and a Work Breakdown Structure can help you manage a project or projects.

Part Two – Project Milestones WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
As part of your Statement of Work for your project, you will create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The WBS allows project managers to compose all tasks of the projects into smaller components to ensure a more manageable project(s). The WBS should meet the following requirements:

Include all tasks, activities, and milestones required to complete the project.
It should be organized in a logical hierarchical structure, clearly depicting the breakdown of tasks.
Each task in the WBS is accurately identified and described.
It should include any information beyond the pre-set template, such as additional tasks, activities, and milestones needed to complete the project.

You need to have at least 7 milestones with sub-categories filled out to earn 10 points;
