In this assignment, you will research the concepts of equity from the perspective of the insurer. Create a PowerPoint presentation where you discuss the following factors:
• Distributional equity – access to and consumption of healthcare services
• Identify the barriers to receiving healthcare services
• Identify the resources needed (financial, technical, personnel)
• Quality and quantity of healthcare services available
• Health status of the population
• Recommendations
• Conclusions
Your analysis should be thoughtful and thorough, well-written, and should include:
