For the final project, you will study the Acme Corporation case and organize a trial notebook. A trial notebook is an outline that a trial attorney will follow during a trial. It contains case pleadings, motions, pre-trial orders, subpoenas and copies of the deposition transcripts that will be used at the trial, copies of documentary evidence, trial briefs and proposed jury instructions. You will put together a trial notebook using all the documents drafted for the project in each week, and submit it in Week 4. Review the Acme Corporation case.
In Week 3, your attorney has reviewed the items you prepared in Weeks 1 and 2 and now asks you to draft interrogatories to gain more information from the defendant(s). The interrogatories should consist of 15 questions pertaining to the incident itself. On a separate page, cite all sources using the Bluebook format.
