Organizational Chart and Teamwork
For this week, address both of the following questions:
Find an organizational chart for your employer or a company that you are familiar with. Is it primarily functional or process-focused? What advantages or problems do you see with this organizational structure? How might the structure be redesigned to better meet the needs of employees, customers, and other stakeholders?
Suppose that you are assigned to work with a group of your fellow students on a term project. Draft a team charter that will guide your work.
