Daniel Goleman’s work around emotional intelligence, though many published on this topic before him as well, has been popular in recent years due to the ideas that increase personal awareness. During the process of organizational leadership it becomes evident that not everyone has this knowledge. How can the way leadership is exercised provide an example to follow, provide a model to emulate, especially during the use of dialogue to increase emotional intelligence?
